About Caldwell Air & Plumbing

A Sachse-based crew handling plumbing and HVAC repair the way Ray has run it since day one: honest diagnosis, fair pricing, and work you do not have to call back about.

Built by a Sachse plumber who stayed local

Ray Caldwell started out running service calls for a Dallas mechanical contractor in his twenties. He got his master plumber license, kept working through Texas summers on rooftop units and slab leaks alike, and in 2015 opened his own shop a few miles from where he grew up.

The name changed from Caldwell Plumbing to Caldwell Air & Plumbing once the HVAC side of the business grew large enough to need its own trucks. The promise has not changed: show up, explain what is actually wrong, and quote the price before touching anything.

Today the crew covers Sachse, Wylie, Garland, Rowlett, and Murphy, and Ray still rides along on tricky diagnostic calls.
